Misconception that the Period of Tribulation as the Wrath of God.
Tribulation means severe testings usually by the wrath of Satan so that God can assess and reward our faith in Him (e.g Job)
Wrath of Satan is Satan's vengeance upon God's people individually.
Wrath of God is judgment or punishment meted upon the sons of disobedience.
Col 3:5-6 Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience,
Period of Tribulation or Sorrows
Mat 24:9 "Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name's sake."
Mat 24:29 "Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken."
The building of the temple of God will start the period of Tribulation lasting 42 months until Rapture (Mat 24:29-31). Godly Christians objecting to the abominable 'One World Religion' and the temple of God will be persecuted and killed.
Rev 13:5, 7-8 And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months... It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation. All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
The devil will be allowed to kill His saints for 42 months (3 1/2 years or 1,260 days). Since all these events are before Rapture (when all Christians are taken out of this world), so the wrath is Satan is the same as the Period of Tribulation (Mat 24:9-28; Mark 13:9-23; Luke 21:12-24) or the 5th Seal (Rev 6:9-11) or Dan 12:7 or Rev 12:5,13-14; 13:5-7
Dan 12:7 Then I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by Him who lives forever, that it shall be for a time, times, and half a time; and when the power of the holy people has been completely shattered, all these things shall be finished.
The Wrath of Satan
Rev 12:12-14 "Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time." Now when the dragon saw that he had been cast to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male Child. But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.
God will nourish and strengthen His church before allowing the devil cast down from heaven to persecute and kill His saints so that all martyrs overcoming Satan's deceptions will be taken up to God's throne.
Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
Brethren, the Wrath of Satan or the Period of Tribulation is allowed by God to birth overcomers (male Child) which ends at Rapture, whereby the Wrath of God is the judgment of those left behind (sons of disobedience) after Rapture.
