2Thess 2:3-4 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
Before Rapture, the Antichrist must appear in the temple of God proclaiming himself as God. To fulfill his ambition, the Antichrist must build this temple. To deceive the Muslim to tear down the 'Al-Aqsa mosque' and the 'Dome on the Rock' to make way for the temple of God, he as a prophet of Allah, will proclaim to the Muslims that Allah is extremely happy that Jerusalem is conquered for Allah. Allah now wants to dwell amongst them in the temple of God. Immediately, the Muslims filled with joy will remove the mosque and the Dome.
Ezra 1:2 Thus says Cyrus king of Persia: All the kingdoms of the earth the Lord God of heaven has given me. And He has commanded me to build Him a house at Jerusalem which is in Judah.
To deceive Christians, he will tell the people that God has chosen him (just like King Cyrus) to rebuild the temple of God in Jerusalem.
Ezra 1:5 Then the heads of the fathers' houses of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests and the Levites, with all whose spirits God had moved, arose to go up and build the house of the Lord which is in Jerusalem.
The Antichrist will follow the bible, and allow only the Jewish priesthood to design and construct the temple with the assistance of the Levites and the Israelites. This will please the Jews and unlearned Christians.
Ezra 1:6-7 And all those who were around them encouraged them with articles of silver and gold, with goods and livestock, and with precious things, besides all that was willingly offered. King Cyrus also brought out the articles of the house of the Lord , which Nebuchadnezzar had taken from Jerusalem and put in the temple of his gods;
Just like King Cyrus, the Antichrist will command all those in Jerusalem to ensure the success of the temple by their contributions of gold, silver, finance, etc. and he will match their contributions with his own gold, silver, etc.
2Chron 5:1 So all the work that Solomon had done for the house of the Lord was finished; and Solomon brought in the things which his father David had dedicated: the silver and the gold and all the furnishings. And he put them in the treasuries of the house of God.
The moment the priesthood started to build the temple, the Antichrist reminded them to ensure that all the various utensils, priest garments, animals for sacrifice, etc. (prepared according to instructions given to Moses) must be ready (possibly 6 months) before the dedication of the Temple. He will declare that the dedication of the temple will be similar to that of Solomon if not grander.
Antichrist blessing Jerusalem
1. He will build the headquarters of OWO in Jerusalem making God's holy city Jerusalem, the Capital of the world,
2. Only the Priesthood serving in the temple of God will be the spoken of God,
3. He will base the headquarters of 'OWR' near the temple so that words of God via the Priesthood can easily be channelled to the people.
Brethren, with all those righteous, godly and scriptural deeds, it is almost impossible not to accept the Antichrist as a prophet, King Cyrus or Elijah, the forerunner of the Messiah. Unlearned Christians and most of the Jews and priesthood will be deceived by this Antichrist masquering as the angel of light.
